General Hospital weekly spoilers for January 5–9, 2026, tease a dramatic week ahead for the often-entangled duo, Drew and Willow.
Trials and Tribulations
As Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial continues, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) goes all in to secure an acquittal. She’s convinced this outcome is the only way she’ll regain access to Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante). Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) are both recalled to the witness stand, while Kristina Corinthos-Davis may intervene on Jacinda Bracken’s (Paige Herschell) behalf by urging her to leave town immediately. The big question: will Jacinda listen?
Michael is left reeling by Alexis’ aggressive questioning, just as Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) arrives at a startling realization. By week’s end, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson uncover the truth about who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). However, they’re unsure how to handle what they’ve learned—and they may need to act quickly, as Alexis prepares to take a dangerous legal gamble.
Drew Is Still Drew
Even as Alexis works tirelessly on his behalf, Drew continues to limp around Port Charles with his cane, managing to irritate nearly everyone he encounters. Tensions explode during a heated confrontation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
Eventually, Drew completely loses his temper. If his outburst happens publicly—especially in the wake of Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) accusations—it could destroy his political ambitions and place him squarely in Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) line of fire.
Other Port Charles Happenings
Portia remains overwhelmed as the fallout from her exposed secrets continues. She leans on Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) for support and makes several revealing admissions. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a packed schedule this week, including a meeting with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about Sidwell and offering guidance to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) regarding Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is caught off guard by a surprise encounter with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). She soon realizes he’s the one responsible for reinstating her medical license—leaving her deeply indebted to him. Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) teams up with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to devise a bold new scheme that Jack will never see coming.
