Anna Devane’s Torment
From January 19 to 23, 2026, Anna remains trapped in captivity, and her situation takes a darker turn. She initially believed she was receiving treatment from Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), but it wasn’t really the doctor. On top of that, Anna is forced to hear Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) voice, pushing her toward paranoia and delusions.
Sonny Corinthos’ Vow
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) worries about facing trial next, now that Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) has been found not guilty. Sonny vows to Michael that he will do everything possible to keep him out of prison.
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) insists that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) honor his deal. Later in the week, Michael encounters Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), who also receives a warning about prison from Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).
Sonny Manipulates Ava
In addition to protecting Michael, Sonny finds a way to manipulate Ava this week, adding another layer of tension to the storylines in Port Charles.
Britt Westbourne’s Breakup
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) are growing closer, having enjoyed two dates. However, Britt will be ordered to end the romance before Jason gets too close to the truth.
It appears Britt will follow the instructions, leaving Jason increasingly suspicious.

At the hospital, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Budig) spring into action. Later, Lucas delivers heartbreaking news. A patient’s life may be in jeopardy—but who will it be?
