EastEnders fans are certain another baby storyline is on the way after an intense and passionate scene aired in Walford
EastEnders has been delivering some heated moments for Zack Hudson, leading viewers to speculate that another baby storyline could be on the cards.
Last year, the BBC soap revealed that Zack (James Farrar) was the biological father of teenager Barney Mitchell (Lewis Bridgeman), the result of a brief relationship with Nicola (Laura Doddington) years ago. Zack is also the father of baby Peach, who was tragically stillborn, and young daughter Dolly, whom he shares with ex-fiancée Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty).
However, Zack’s relationship with Dolly has been distant since Whitney fled Walford in 2024 after his infidelity. Then, in Tuesday’s episode (January 27), Zack gave fans plenty to talk about when he and Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) gave in to temptation and shared a surprise passionate moment.
The turbulent day kicked off with Vicki and her partner, Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw), still clashing with her half-brother Mark (Stephen Aaron-Sipple), who had punched Ross the previous day, reports OK!. Vicki attempted to reassure Ross that Mark’s anger stemmed from learning that his son, Joel (Max Murray), had attacked her. Later on, the café employee watched fondly as Zack and Barney continued to grow closer.
Sensing that Vicki was struggling in the run-up to the trial, Zack suggested taking her mind off things by testing out some new dishes for The Vic. Vicki later stopped by Zack’s flat armed with a bottle of wine, and as he cooked, it soon became clear that there was undeniable chemistry between them.
Vicki voiced her fears that Joel might escape punishment after the trial, prompting Zack to assure her he would take time off work to support her, even if he couldn’t enter the youth court. It quickly became clear that Vicki was completely captivated by Zack’s charm.
Meanwhile, Ross visited The Vic alone to drown his sorrows and confided in Alfie Moon (Shane Ritchie) ahead of his son’s trial. Not long after, Mark arrived, introduced himself to Alfie, and offered Ross a truce for Vicki’s sake. He urged Ross to look after his sister, and Ross promised that he truly cared for Vicki. At the same time, Vicki and Zack were seen sharing a passionate kiss in his kitchen before heading to the bedroom, ignoring Ross’s incoming call.
Fans of EastEnders are now speculating that Vicki might be pregnant with Zack’s child in a shocking twist.
As viewers may remember, Zack is Sharon Watts’ (Letitia Dean) biological half-brother, while Vicki is Sharon’s adoptive sister. How would Sharon respond to such a revelation?
