General Hospital Spoilers: Willow’s Desperate Cry Forces Alexis to Strike a Deal with the Devil

Posted on February 3, 2026

General Hospital Spoilers: Willow Tait Cain Gears Up for Custody Battle

Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) is ready to fight for her kids again. Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) haven’t spent time alone with their mother in months, and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is determined to keep it that way.

But Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) might have her own plans once Willow’s done asking for favors. Alexis is thankful Willow has allowed Emily ‘Scout’ Cain (Cosette Abinante) to stay with her grandmother for now, and she won’t want to upset that delicate arrangement—or risk Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) getting limited time with his little sister.

Whatever Willow asks of Alexis, she’s likely to get it—but at what cost to Alexis’ conscience as she continues to sacrifice for Scout?

The Courtroom Struggle

Alexis barely survived representing Willow in court. Everything shifted in the twenty-four hours before closing arguments, forcing her to defend a woman she knew was guilty. Winning was bittersweet, leaving Alexis feeling as if she’d compromised her ethics—selling her soul in the process. Another case for Willow won’t be any easier.

Willow Wants More

Just a week after the jury declared her not guilty, Willow has stepped back into the role of distraught wife, especially after Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) suffered a stroke at home. She made sure Scout was cared for by Alexis, claiming it would be too hard for her to see her father in his current state.

Still, Willow is desperate to regain custody of her kids and get them away from Michael. Will Alexis comply with her requests?

Alexis’ Guilt Runs Deep

Alexis’ past is filled with mistakes, and she’d be the first to admit she’s far from perfect. Her downfall has often come from acting on emotion rather than logic, leaving her to wrestle with guilt afterward.

This time, breaking the law was especially painful—and knowing others are aware makes it worse. It will only get harder if Willow discovers Alexis knows she shot Drew. Can the star attorney put her conscience aside long enough to navigate this custody battle?
