General Hospital Spoilers: Faison Alive, Anna’s Hallucinations, Willow’s Dark Move

A new preview clip for the week of February 2, 2026, gives fans a glimpse of shocking developments. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) reveals that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) is still alive. Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) appears to be hallucinating Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), and Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) takes another chilling action. Here’s what’s coming up on the ABC soap.

Cesar Faison’s Shocking Revelation
Jason gets some explosive intel from Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud): Faison might still be alive. The news shakes him to his core.

At the same time, Anna is being psychologically manipulated while in captivity. Certain treatments, including a phlebotomy session, seem to worsen her condition, and she begins hearing Faison’s voice in her head. Jason confides in Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about Faison’s shocking survival.

Anna Devane’s Hallucinations
Anna seems to be seeing someone who isn’t really there. Similar to her previous encounters with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she appears to be hallucinating Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). Anna pleads with Felicia to help her escape, but Felicia just stands silently and smiles—hinting that this isn’t the real Felicia.

Alexis Davis’ Mediation
General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 2 reveal that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) meets with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) for what appears to be a mediation. However, it’s unclear whether everything will go according to plan.

What Else to Expect
In the coming week, Willow confides in Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), explaining that she begged Michael for peace. Fans also see Willow hand something to Alexis, followed by a suspicious glance from Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), hinting that tension is building.

Willow Tait Cain’s Dark Turn
If viewers thought they had seen the worst of Willow, think again. When she doesn’t get her way, she turns her wrath on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). At the end of the preview clip, Willow ominously tells her trapped husband, “Time for something stronger.”

How long will Willow continue to torment Drew, and when will the truth come out? While some might argue Drew deserves it, Willow is a nurse—someone who is supposed to heal, not inflict pain.

Stay tuned to see how these storylines unfold, and catch the latest episodes on Peacock to see what happens next.
