EastEnders is preparing to introduce a new character who will ignite a steamy bisexual love triangle

EastEnders is reportedly lining up a steamy bisexual love triangle that’s set to cause major drama in Walford.
The BBC soap is said to be introducing a new character, with Joshua Vaughan reportedly cast as the son of Zoe Slater. Viewers will remember that since her return to the Square, Zoe has been desperately searching for her child, only to be shocked when she discovered that the baby daughter she believed had died at birth was actually alive.
Jasmine — played by Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness — caused chaos when she arrived, plotting revenge after past trauma and secretly murdering her biological father, Anthony Trueman (Nicholas Bailey).

With her mother Zoe (Michelle Ryan) now behind bars following Anthony’s death, Jasmine has fled The Queen Vic, leaving behind her boyfriend Oscar (Pierre Counihan-Moullier), reports OK!.
New reports suggest that Oscar is set to strike up a new romance with Jasmine’s twin brother when he arrives in Albert Square.
An insider teased: “This is shaping up to be one of the hottest love triangles the soap world has ever seen.”

“Oscar is happy with Jasmine, but when her twin arrives, the chemistry between them is impossible to ignore.
“It’s going to send temperatures soaring in Walford.”
The source added to The Sun: “But with Jasmine having killed her father, Anthony Trueman, at Christmas, the pair will need to be careful.”
The BBC declined to comment when approached.

Anthony’s death came after he attacked Zoe, having hidden Jasmine’s true identity from her.
Reflecting on his dramatic exit, he said: “My jaw dropped when our producer, Ben Wadey, told me where the story was headed and what was about to happen.
“But I think it was brilliant, because looking back, Anthony was always like a pressure cooker — letting tension build and build until the steam finally escapes. This time, he just couldn’t hold it in!”

He added: “Of course, it was bittersweet because it meant I was leaving, and I’ve felt really at home since returning to EastEnders.
“But the storyline itself has been fantastic, giving me far more to do than I ever anticipated. It’s been wonderful to step out of my comfort zone and tackle some incredible scenes packed with brilliant dialogue.”
