Ray Walters’ reign of terror has ended—so who is responsible for killing the Emmerdale villain?

Fans of Emmerdale will finally get closer to discovering who killed Ray Walters next week.
After months of terrorising the villagers, many of them now look suspicious in the wake of his murder.
From victims April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) and Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle), to Ray’s horrified ex, Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy), and the enslaved Bear Wolf’s (Joshua Richards) son Paddy Dingle (Dominic Brunt), everyone has a possible motive.
This explosive week of episodes rewinds to the moment of Ray’s murder, showing different perspectives on the dramatic events that led to his death. Each day focuses on a different suspect, revealing the details of their fortnight-long ordeal and exposing their darkest secrets, including any murderous intent that contributed to the shocking chain of events culminating in a life-or-death confrontation.
It promises a week full of dramatic twists as the truth about who killed Ray is finally uncovered.
Earlier, after killing his mother Celia Daniels, Ray Walters stands over her lifeless body, then collects himself, grabs his distinctive red bag, and heads for the door.

Paddy Kirk is devastated when he learns the full extent of his father Bear Wolf’s captivity. He is left speechless when he encounters Ray, who ruthlessly delivers the news that his father is dead. The heartbreak soon turns to anger, however, as Ray warns Paddy to back off—or Dylan Penders will suffer the consequences.

After ignoring Ray’s pleas, he storms back into the Mulberry and begs Laurel Thomas to acknowledge his traumatic past. When Laurel refuses to accept his version of events as that of a victim, Ray is left desperately pleading for his freedom.
