General Hospital spoilers for January 26-30, 2026, reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is growing suspicious while Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is plotting something risky.
As usual with our early edition updates, we’ll first cover what’s happening the rest of this week before previewing next week.
General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Worried, Curtis Supportive
On Wednesday, January 21, Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) discuss Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Willow may be out of legal trouble, but she’s still entangled with Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). Ava advises Nina to stay out of it, but Nina fears Drew won’t let her daughter go easily.
Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) joins Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) at a restaurant. Kai leaves, allowing Curtis to speak privately with his daughter about Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), the baby, and the unfolding situation. Curtis informs Trina that Portia has a meeting at General Hospital to determine whether she will be fired for tampering with the test.
Trina then meets up with Ava, who is thrilled that Trina and Kai are getting along so well. Trina tries to warn Ava about Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), but Ava insists she has everything under control.
Willow’s Deception and Drew’s Medical Crisis on GH
Meanwhile, Willow calls 911 after Drew collapses, clearly putting on a show. At the hospital, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) tells Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) that she suspects Willow lets Drew control her. Soon, they’re alerted about a critical patient arriving.
Willow arrives and explains that Drew began slurring his words before collapsing. Liz comforts her, trying to be supportive. Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) arrives with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Willow confesses her fear—but Kai is wary, knowing she previously tried to harm Drew.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) asks why Willow is crying, and Lucas reports that Drew may have suffered a severe stroke. Hearing that Drew could be left in a vegetative state, Tracy comments that he got what was coming to him. Meanwhile, Willow discreetly disposes of the syringe in a sharps box by the restroom, erasing the evidence of her actions.
Portia Robinson Faces the General Hospital Board
Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Tracy discuss whether Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) should be fired over the test-tampering incident. They listen to her explanation: she was protecting Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). The board clears her to keep her license, noting that she upheld her oath and saved Drew’s life, even under threat.
Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) corners Portia with some snark, but later Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) speaks to Stella, reminding her that Curtis and Portia’s marriage was already over before he arrived and highlighting all that Portia has done. Isaiah later reassures Portia, saying, “It’s all going to be fine.” Stella follows up and apologizes for piling on.
WSB Threats and Jason Morgan’s New Date
WSB director Cullum watches Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) interact with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Britt pays him back for an expensive “dine and dash” and asks him out on a date—he agrees.
After Jason leaves, Cullum pressures Britt to go work in the Wyndemere lab to meet a three-month deadline. She protests, requesting one more day, but Cullum threatens to cut off her medication unless she complies, revealing that her meds come from the WSB. He also warns her to remove Jason from her life—or he’ll do it for her.
Violence Erupts Between Michael Corinthos and Chase
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) warns Justine not to go after Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), which she interprets as a threat. Believing Willow is guilty, Sonny tells her to drop the case against Michael, saying Drew got what he deserved.
Later, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) confronts Michael, blaming him for any charges related to Drew’s shooting. The argument escalates into a physical fight, with punches exchanged until Jason intervenes. Chase vows revenge, while Michael insists to Jason that he didn’t shoot Drew but expects the cops will come for him. Jason reassures him that Willow and Drew will not take the kids.
Curtis and Portia
Curtis checks in with Laura about Portia’s board hearing. Laura says it went well. Curtis reminds her that Drew wanted Portia to tamper with Michael’s test to make him look like an addict, but she refused. Curtis insists that Portia deserves to keep her job.

Daily Spoilers: Thursday & Friday GH Episodes
Thursday, January 22:
Lucas delivers devastating news to someone—likely about Drew. It appears Drew could be in a vegetative state, suffer from locked-in syndrome, or have aphasia, leaving him unable to communicate. The situation is dire.
Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) updates Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and he seems wary of Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke). Meanwhile, Tracy offers something to Jason, while Laura reacts with alarm to an undisclosed issue. Nina gives advice to Kai, and it’s unclear whether he’ll reveal that Willow is the one who shot Drew.
Friday, January 23:
Jason becomes suspicious of someone, possibly Britt, especially since she’s being forced to cut him out of her life just as they were growing close. With Cullum lurking around, Jason is on high alert and may spot him leaving Britt’s office, potentially discovering his true identity.
Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brayden Bruner) pleads with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) to help locate Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) discusses future plans with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). She’ll likely be upset to learn he fought Michael; if Chase insists on making Michael pay for shooting Drew, Brook Lynn will almost certainly demand he stop.
Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and Lucas receive a surprise on Friday. Britt finds herself cornered by Cullum over his demands regarding her lab work. Additionally, viewers can expect a special tribute to Tony Geary, who passed away in December, at the end of Friday’s episode.
February Sweeps & The Search for Anna
Sweeps for General Hospital runs from Thursday, January 29 through February 25. Drew’s fate will finally be revealed. Ava Jerome (Maura West) will be manipulated by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), who intends to use her as a weapon against Sidwell.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) sets up an introduction—possibly for her boss, Sidwell. Curtis feels relieved as the hospital board appears to let Portia Robinson keep her job. Jason, worried about Britt, may seek help from Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) or Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), though going to Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) isn’t an option.
Britt’s situation worsens as Cullum exerts more control. Meanwhile, Anna Devane’s circumstances go from bad to worse. Cullum, Sidwell, and Pascal (Mark Forget) are using Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) voice recordings to destabilize her, plotting to remove her permanently.
Emma seeks out Mac (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), expressing concern that something has happened to Anna. Spoilers reveal that Emma, Mac, and Felicia will take action to rescue Anna, creating dangerous situations where someone may be seriously hurt.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Sidwell will soon come face to face. Brennan remains a problem for both Sidwell and Valentin. Sidwell may try to manipulate Valentin against Brennan, using him as leverage to further his own schemes.
Sonny Corinthos on the Hunt
Sonny continues his mission to weaponize Ava against Sidwell while also seeking a fall guy to take the blame for Drew’s shooting. This is meant to protect Michael and prevent Justine from targeting him.
Despite her declaration that “the guilty person got away with it,” Justine is still moving forward with prosecuting Michael, which qualifies as malicious prosecution. Brennan grows increasingly suspicious of Cullum, and Britt may have a chance to turn the tables if she enlists Jack’s help to confront him.
