Spoilers confirm that viewers finally learned the identity of the mysterious “C” mentioned in Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) note—the secret investor now teaming up with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Adding to the drama, crooked WSB Director Ross Cullum made his debut this week. He also happens to be Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) boss, and his arrival shocked many General Hospital fans. Despite his villainous ways, actor Andrew Hawkes, who plays Cullum, is reportedly a genuinely nice person—according to Chris McKenna himself!
McKenna shared a scene from General Hospital on the social media platform X shortly after Andrew Hawkes’ debut as Ross Cullum. In her caption, she wrote: “Meet the sinister WSB Director Ross Cullum, played by the wonderful Andrew Hawkes.”

Anders Hove Returns (Kind Of)
Many fans speculated that Cesar Faison could still be alive and might be the mysterious “C.” While Anders Hove did return to the soap, it wasn’t in the way fans were hoping.
Hove reprised his role as Faison, but only as a voice this week, used to deceive Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) while she was in captivity. What does Cullum have planned for Anna? Fans will need to tune in to find out.
