General Hospital Spoilers: Will Valentin Find Freedom by Saving Anna?

General Hospital spoilers suggest Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) knows he’s running out of time if the PCPD or Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) catch up with him—but he’s in for a major surprise later this week. Friday’s previews hint that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be completely taken aback.

It seems likely that Valentin will once again be roaming Wyndemere, and this time, he’ll run into Anna instead of Ava Jerome (Maura West). How will these former lovers navigate helping each other—when one is being hunted and the other hasn’t even been officially reported missing?

Anna’s Situation Turns Dire
Anna’s recent health scare, combined with a numb hand and her rant about her blood cancer, left Pascal (Marc Forget) slightly shaken. Nevertheless, he reported back to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) for instructions on the next steps.

Anna pretended to pass out, tackled Pascal, and managed to grab his gun long enough to aim it at him. However, Sidwell clearly had contingency plans in place. Even so, Anna may not escape completely unscathed, but it looks like she could soon gain the upper hand.

GH Spoilers Hint Valentin Will Risk Everything
Then comes Valentin. The moment he spots Anna, the game could change entirely. This includes the fan theories suggesting a deeper connection between Valentin and Carly—beyond being co-conspirators in taking down a federal agent.

It’s unlikely Carly would ever trust him romantically after his past actions toward Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), not to mention the burden of sheltering him in her attic while he’s on the run.

While Carly might hesitate to risk everything for Valentin, he’ll go to any lengths to protect Anna.

Tit for Tat?
This could work out in Valentin’s favor. No one realizes that Anna’s disappearance isn’t part of a WSB operation, but rather that Sidwell took her against her will. The Police Commissioner is missing, and those she left behind are too distracted to notice anything unusual.

Valentin could risk his freedom and his life to keep Anna safe—and in doing so, potentially earn a pardon for exposing Jack and rescuing Anna. Could this be the way he returns to Port Charles? Keep following GH spoilers to find out.
