General Hospital spoilers hint that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) is spiraling out of control, and her next deadly scheme might be aimed at her ex-husband’s new girlfriend, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell). Gone is the sweet nurse fans once knew—Willow is now a woman consumed by jealousy and rage.
Willow Cain’s Jealousy
Jacinda and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) have grown incredibly close in recent months. What began as a partnership for alibi purposes has blossomed into a sizzling romance. While neither has said “I love you” yet, Jacinda has been fully welcomed into Michael’s world, bonding with his family and children.
Jacinda has also developed a friendship with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), and Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) has enjoyed multiple fun-filled moments with her. From laughs to ice cream outings to video games, Jacinda’s presence has clearly rubbed Willow the wrong way.
Her frustration stems not only from being cut out of her children’s lives but also from seeing a stranger get that access simply because she’s dating Michael.
Willow’s Twisted Logic
While some might say Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) brought his problems on himself, Willow’s repeated attempts on his life reveal just how unhinged she has become—and show that her next move could be even more dangerous.
Willow is mentally unstable and blames Drew for losing custody of Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko). Instead of simply walking away, she’s chosen a much darker path.
Currently, Willow’s actions are completely driven by her desire to be with Wiley and Amelia. She probably believes that if she eliminates Drew—especially after being cleared in his shooting—nothing would stand in the way of her regaining access to her children.
However, Jacinda, a paid escort, spending time with the kids could push Willow to hatch another deadly plan. She likely fears being replaced and may convince herself that she’s “protecting” Wiley and Amelia from any potential negative influence Jacinda might bring.
Just a few months ago, Willow was partying with Drew and earning money from spending time with powerful men in town. In her mind, interfering with Jacinda could even feel like a maternal duty, keeping Wiley and Amelia “safe.”
This raises the question: Is Jacinda in imminent danger from Willow?
