General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: Alexis Faces a Major Decision as Willow Learns Her Fate

Posted on January 11, 2026

General Hospital weekly spoilers for January 12–16, 2026 tease shocking confessions from Kai and Trina—but will they reveal the truth to the right person?

Willow Is Exposed

After all the effort Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) put into securing Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) acquittal, she’s now left questioning whether it was worth it.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) approach Alexis with explosive news: Willow was the one who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). They believe she’s either a highly manipulative sociopath—or someone who has suffered a complete psychological breakdown.

Alexis realizes Willow deceived her and committed perjury on the witness stand. Torn between her duty to her client and her obligation to the law, Alexis also worries about maintaining access to Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante), though she believes Drew currently holds all the leverage.

As the trial reaches its climax, Alexis must justify her actions while Willow anxiously waits to learn her fate. What exactly did Alexis tell the jury—and will Drew go on the offensive once the truth emerges? Before the verdict is announced, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) delivers a warning to Drew.

What About Michael?

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and his family fear that if Willow walks free, the police may shift their focus onto him. As Michael grows closer to Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) becomes increasingly concerned for her son.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) even asks Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) whether she believes Michael could have planted the gun in Willow’s room.

Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri struggles with uncertainty but reaches out to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) in hopes of making peace—and learning more about Michael. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) stands firmly by her husband, defending him against growing suspicion.

Other Port Charles Developments

Carly overhears critical information that could benefit Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who soon takes a major risk. Will he attempt to see Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke)?

On the romance front, Emma Scorpio Drake (Braedyn Bruner) and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) take the next step in their relationship—though what that step means remains unclear. Jason takes Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) out on a date, while Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) makes an important request that could shake things up.
