A beloved Coronation Street star has received an outpouring of heartfelt messages after sharing a touching marriage milestone on social media.
Adam Rickitt, known for his role as Nick Tilsley on the long-running ITV soap, first appeared on our screens in 1997, quickly winning fans over with his captivating performances.
He left the show in 1999 to pursue a music career but made a much-anticipated return to the cobbles from 2002 to 2004. Since then, Adam has continued to appear on television, with roles in shows including Hollyoaks and the BBC’s Doctors.
Off-screen, Adam is happily married to Good Morning Britain presenter Katy Rickitt. Their romance began in 2011 when Katy interviewed Adam on GMB, sparking a love story that continues to this day.
The couple tied the knot three years later in a magical winter ceremony in December 2014, according to the Mirror. Recently, they shared the heartbreaking news of losing their beloved pet, Daphne.
On Saturday (December 20), Adam took to Instagram to pay tribute to his wife, Katy, as they marked their 11th wedding anniversary. He posted several photos of the couple, captioning them: “11 years my bean. Thank you for jumping with me.”
