General Hospital early-week spoilers (Jan 26–30): Emma’s mission fails, Willow turns to Chase, Sidwell replaces Drew
Posted on January 22, 2026
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will embark on a mission that doesn’t go as planned, while Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) turns to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) for support. Meanwhile, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is set to step in for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Here’s what’s coming to Port Charles the week of January 26.
Jenz Sidwell Moves Quickly
Spoilers indicate that Sidwell won’t waste any time replacing Drew. Drew’s “stroke,” caused by his wife, has left him hospitalized and unconscious, and he may remain in that state for a long period — possibly indefinitely.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will arrange an introduction for Sidwell. Since she’s on his payroll, this new arrival is likely someone ready to take Drew’s place within Sidwell’s operation. Who could it be?
Sonny Corinthos Plays His Games
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will try to manipulate Ava Jerome (Maura West). Knowing that Ava and Sidwell have grown closer — and with a complicated love triangle involving his baby mama, his rival, and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) — Sonny may attempt to gather intelligence by playing his usual strategic games. Will his plan succeed?
Britt Westbourne Under Pressure
Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) may have cause for concern regarding Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) wants Britt to “disappear” and conduct research at Wyndemere to get closer to a secret project. If Britt resists or pulls away from Cullum, it could raise Jason’s suspicions. Will he pressure her to talk — and will she reveal what she knows?
Josslyn Jacks Turns to the Unexpected
Across Port Charles, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will seek help from someone fans may not expect. Who could it be? Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will experience a sense of relief. He’s been worried about Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) losing her license and job at the hospital.
Will the hospital board show leniency for her actions? While Portia did tamper with medical records, she claims it was to protect her daughter, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), from Heather Webber (Alley Mills). The board may also consider that she saved Drew’s life after his shooting, despite being blackmailed — something that could influence her penalty.
Willow Tait Plays the Victim
Elsewhere, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will continue to put on a tearful performance for Drew. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will fall for her act completely, rushing to his ex-wife’s side to console her during this “difficult time.” How will Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) react to Chase’s attentions?
Emma Scorpio-Drake’s Disappointment
Finally, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will spring into action after discovering intelligence on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Unfortunately, the mission appears to be orchestrated by Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), and the rescue will fail, leaving Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) feeling lost and disappointed.
Cullum may leave behind misleading clues, making it seem like Anna has died — a move that would serve his larger plan, especially as more characters begin asking questions.
